2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)ii(c) and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 395 Kg Ganja was recovered from the house of co-accused persons and during investigation, apprehended co-accused persons disclosed that this petitioner is also involved in selling of Ganja. Petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2025 and has got two criminal antecedents.
