Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)(a) 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner to connection this petitioner with the commission of crime. The petitioner was remanded on 15.5.2020 yet he has not been put on TIP.

No.25429 of 2020(3) dt.11-01-2021 2/2 Considering the the fact that the petitioner was remanded in this case on 15.5.2020 yet he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020.
