2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 172 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 123 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the son of the informant went away and thereafter the son of the informant consumed some intoxicant and because of the same he died.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 7.12.2024.

6. Considering the facts of the case, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 172 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Sl. No. 1515 of 2024. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
