JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2018 The prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is regarding shifting the date of benefit of promotion of second ACP with effect from 22.12.2004.

The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 1 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding the aforesaid grievance before the respondent no.1 within two weeks and in case such representation is filed, the respondent no. 1 shall dispose off the same within four weeks by a speaking and reasoned order.
