The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected vide order, dated 26.10.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18749 of 2016. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56861 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 petitioners again moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the deceased was put on trial and he has already been acquitted only because, in course of the trial, none of the prosecution witnesses supported the versions of the prosecution, but it appears that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected on 26.10.2016 and they remained waiting for more than a year for decision in the case in which the husband of the deceased was put on trial.

Considering the nature of the allegations made against the petitioners that they all killed the daughter of the informant and incriminated her dead-body due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry, I do not incline to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail, the same is once again rejected.
