The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The record reveals that the matter is of love marriage which would be evident from the affidavit shown by the victim and co-accused Lalit Kumar son of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2019.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30966 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
