Patna High Court LPA No.642 of 2015 (2) dt.19-07-2017 already a party or unless he wants to file a different title suit seeking relief therein. Such suits always be decided on the evidence and material brought before the Court and not on what had been adjudicated in some other proceedings before another forum.
