JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Vide order dated 09.05.2018, a report was called for from the trial Court as regards stage of the trial and the same was received vide letter no.79 dated 17.05.2019 which is at flag-'C' and from perusal whereof, it appears that altogether six witnesses including the doctor have already been examined and the I.O. of this case is still to be examined. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the above named petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the trial Court, i.e., Ist Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karahgar (Badhari) P.S.Case No.283 of 2017 is directed to expedite and conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of this order.
