2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, as stated in FIR is that on 22.12.2022 the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted to brother of the informant in course of measurement of land as a result of which brother of the informant sustained injuries and died in the way to Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of F.I.R., specific allegation against other co-accused Golu Sahni who

General and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady and is languishing in judicial custody since 24.12.2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner, being a lady as well as her period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 526 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Katihari.
