JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the amount of gratuity has already been credited to his account, however, he submits that no interest has been paid on the delayed payment of the said amount of gratuity. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the concerned authority for grant of interest on the delayed payment of gratuity.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
