2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be husband of the deceased. It is submitted that in course of investigation case has been found true under Section 306 IPC. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28674 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
