2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 100 liters of desi liquor, 5,000 lts of semi- prepared liquor was recovered from the spot near bhatti.

4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29450 of 2025(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 the conscious possession of these petitioners and they are no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge 2 at Saran in connection with Nayagaon Police Station Case No. 09 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
