The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P. S. Case No. 353 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 14.250 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered in a bag kept in godown which belongs to other co- accused of this case.

Petitioner is in custody since 1.4.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28673 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P. S. Case No. 353 of 2019,Spl.
