The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of restoration of normalcy. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 291, 341, 323, 337, 353, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9 of Bihar Control of Use and Play Loudspeaker Act, 1955 and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

No.30290 of 2020(2) dt.17-12-2020 2/3 The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons indulged in throwing bricks and stones on the police party causing injuries to them and they also broken the glass of vehicle by throwing the stones and some of the accused persons were found in drunken state.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation made in the F.I.R. is denied by the petitioner. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.24993 of 2020, Cr.Misc.No.23358 of 2020 and Cr.Misc.No.17350 of 2020 by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in
