Counsel for the petitioner submits that Full Bench of this Court has decided the issue as to how claim of the petitioner for regularisation has to be considered by the respondent authority under judgment dated 4.2.2019 passed in LPA No. 166 of 2018. He submits that in order to facilitate consideration of his claim in light of the Full Bench judgment he would be making a detailed and comprehensive representation before respondent No. 2.

In case such representation is filed by the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19834 of 2016(4) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 respondent No. 2 would be obliged to consider petitioner's claim in light of the Full Bench judgment.
