1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and
Patna High Court CWJC No.8392 of 2022(4) dt.09-01-2025 2/2 learned AC to AAG-12 for the State.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioners have remedy against the order impugned in the instant writ application before the Bihar Land Tribunal, but then, petitioners have rushed to this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the writ application, two Interlocutory Applications were also filed, but the same till date has not been allowed, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioners can raise all the issues before the B.L.T.
4. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to seek his appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
5. Permission is accorded.
6. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
