2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of a writ of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 20.01.2016 (Annexure-5) passed by respondent no. 2, i.e., Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga in Land Ceiling Revision Case No. 13 of 2009-10 by which the learned court below rejected the petition dated 12.01. 2016 filed by the petitioner for giving some time for filing the notice to private party, i.e., Respondent No. 7 through registered post for in complying the order dated 25.11.2015 (Annexure2) even without appreciating the material facts on the record and also issuance of a writ of mandamus directing / commanding the respondents i.e., Respondents No. 2 to pass a fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.20392 of 2016(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 order on merit after issuance of notice to opposite parties."

3. In view of the changes scenario, the present writ petition stands abated. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
