====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457 and 380/34 of Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per written report, this petitioner was handed over to the Police by the informant levelling allegation of committing theft of articles, but no any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He further submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because he was demanding his dues money.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28273 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
