The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 registered under Sections 406/420/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
