1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. This application is filed for modification of the order dated 28.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4111 of 2020, whereby the petitioner was granted bail.
3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that since the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time, earlier a modification application vide Cr. Misc. No. 10648 of 2022 was filed, which was allowed vide order dated 02.03.2022 extending the time of surrender by further eight weeks. Further he submits that due to unavoidable circumstances and medical need, the petitioner could not surrender even within the extended time granted by this Court.

4. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State submits that despite granting opportunity by this Court, the petitioner has failed to surrender within the stipulated time.
5. Considering the submissions of the parties, this Court does not find merit in this application. The prayer for modification is, accordingly, rejected.
6. The application is dismissed.
