The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Saharsa Mahila P. S. Case No. 85 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR that the petitioner sexually exploited the minor victim as a result of which she became pregnant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail even though the submission is made that the parties have entered into compromise.
