In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.1481 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no allegation against the petitioner except to have caught the hand of the informant.

Looking to the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, namely, Sandhya Singh, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of
