3. Perusal of record shows that vide letter dated 03.07.2025 of Assistant Registrar, Criminal Appeal Section of this Court, a living status report of accused appellant was called for. In response thereto, the Superintendent of Police, Purnea

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.67 of 1999(7) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 submitted a report dated 28.07.2025 based on the information furnished by the S.H.O., Dhamdaha apprising this Court that the sole appellant namely, Guneshwar Mahto has died during pendency of this Appeal.

4. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Appeal filed by the appellant Guneshwar Mahto stands abated.
