The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.436 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the order dated 16.10.2017 passed in A.B.P. No.1700 of 2017 it would appear that the court below itself has granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused Deo Prakash Paswan.

In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57835 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
