====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No.510 of 2017 registered under Sections 452, 376/511, 324, 323 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 23.07.2017, the informant was alone in her house. At that time, this petitioner entered into the house of the informant and torn her cloths with bad intention. On alarm being raised by the informant, her mother and sister rushed and tried to catch hold of this petitioner but the petitioner fled away piercing knife to the informant. When the mother of the informant went to the house of the petitioner to make complain, at

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house of the petitioner and the house of the informant are adjacent to each other. Due to grudge and enmity, this false case has been lodged by the informant. Moreover, there is allegation against the petitioner to cause injury to the informant through knife but on medical examination, one lacerated wound of simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance, was found on the person of the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Town P.S. Case No.510 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
