Patna High Court CWJC No.12753 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 recommendation of District Compassionate Committee, the petitioner was appointed as a Correspondence Clerk in the Respondent Department when the post of Accounts Clerk was already vacant and after the appointment of the petitioner, the Respondents had appointed one Subhash Anand son of Late Shailendra Kumar Singh as an Accounts Clerk though in his favour also there was same recommendation by the District Compassionate Committee."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
