The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 13.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64882 of 2022, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No.07 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33405 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 13.03.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
