The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lauria P.S. case No. 126 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 420, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner being Panchayat Secretary of Baswariya, Parau Tola, Lauria did not hand over the folder of teachers' appointment within time. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner took over charge of the Panchayat on 29.08.2016 and submitted the folder of appointment of teachers on 09.09.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56714 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Lauria P.S. case No. 126 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
