This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the O.P.No.2 (Kundan Kumar) vide order dated 22.6.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25007 of 2018. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that within a period of one year, she was done to death and the petitioner was granted bail. He has also submitted that O.P.No.2 is also threatening the witnesses, however, no such averment has been made in the petition and no other grounds have been mentioned to show that he is misusing the privilege of bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48699 of 2018 (2) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed by this Court. Hence, this application is dismissed.
