The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P. S. Case No. 114 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that there is no allegation of any overtact made by the petitioner upon the informant or the brother of the informant, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxual, East Champaran,
