Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of docoity is against unknown.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018. However, he was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation of the case nor anything was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Only on the basis of two criminal cases against the petitioner, he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the fact that there is no material for refusal of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
