Petitioner is an accused in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 43
