1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as it is a case of murder and the investigation of the case is in its nascent phases.

4. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
