This criminal appeal is filed for grant of bail to the appellant in Supaul P.S. Case No.23 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C. and under Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the SC/ST (POA) Act as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the prayer for bail of the appellant was earlier rejected. Now the witnesses have already been examined and the case is posted for pronouncement of judgment but on account of outbreak of COVID-19, the judgment could not be pronounced. Taking into consideration the facts, I reject the prayer

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1819 of 2020(2) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 for bail of the appellant with a direction to the trial court to pronounce the judgment, if the evidence of the prosecution as well as the defence has been closed, within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
