The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the name of this petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Dukhan Mahto who has been arrested by the police with stolen motorcycle. It is alleged in the written report that Dukhan Mahto stated before the police that he kept one stolen motorcycle in the house of petitioner. Thereafter, police recovered one stolen motorcycle from cow-shed of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28409 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 has no concern with the stolen motorcycle.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
