The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mufassil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No.311 of 2017 registered under Sections 342, 323 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim girl aged about thirteen years made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has alleged that the petitioner called her at her house and after the victim went there she called one Pintu and closed the door whereafter Pintu forcibly ravished her as a result of which she became senseless and the doctor who examined the victim found her hymen ruptured, I am not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58666 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
