2 The entire dispute was with regard to determination of
Patna High Court MJC No.1147 of 2015 dt.07-09-2016 seniority and appropriate posting of the petitioner Dr Dineshwar Prasad, an Ayurvedic doctor. In the supplementary show cause, State has annexed the order as circulated under Memo No 946 dated 06.09.2016 (Annexure A) by which the petitioner has been posted commensurate to his seniority as Principal of Government Ayurvedic College, Patna. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3 In my view, the aforesaid, though belated, is substantial compliance of the order of this Court.
4 In view of the aforesaid, these proceedings are consigned in the records.
