Since the physical court proceeding is non-functional, due to present pandemic COVID-19, the matter is listed with defects.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of resumption of physical court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This modification application has been filed for extending the date of surrender submitting that due to COVID-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25090 of 2020(2) dt.23-09-2020 2/2 19 pandemic, the petitioners could not surrender within the time fixed by this Court.

Having heard the parties.

For the reasons stated in the modification application, this application is allowed. Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of normal functioning of the court.
