Tr. No.432 of 1981 (Ramgarh PS case no.7(5) of 1980) is listed for hearing.

2. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the appellants.

3. Perusal of record shows that vide letter dated 18.07.2025 of Assistant Registrar, Cr. Appeal Section of this Court, a living status report of accused appellants was called for. In response thereto, the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabua submitted a report dated 28.07.2025 based on the information furnished by the S.H.O., Kuchhila P.S., Kaimur

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.123 of 1999(5) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 apprising this Court that all the appellants namely Rajendra Rai, Kashi Nath Rai, Bishwanath Rai and Mahesh Rai have died during the pendency of this Cr. Appeal. A certificate regarding the same issued by the Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Mukhraon, Nuaon, District- Kaimur is also enclosed along with the said report.

4. In view of the above report, the instant Criminal Appeal filed by the appellants namely Rajendra Rai, Kashi Nath Rai, Bishwanath Rai and Mahesh Rai stands abated.
