JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-12-2020 Heard Mr. Raja Ram Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the accusation against the petitioner of being in possession of a motorcycle, which is alleged to have been used in the commission of the crime, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
