The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 98 of 2017 registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. as contained in Annexure-2 to the application, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.745 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 98 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
