3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 29.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20093 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, in para 3 of the bail order, the quantity of the liquor has wrongly been typed as 80 litres in place of 30 litres.

4. In view of the above, let the quantity of liquor be read as 30 litres in place of 80 litres in para 3 of the bail order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36244 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 dated 29.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20093 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 29.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20093 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 29.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20093 of 2024, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
