JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i)To issue an application, writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to select the petitioner as a Lab Technologist in India Gandhi Institute of Medical Science Shekhpura, Patna.

(ii) This Hon'ble Court may adjudicate and hold that the action of the respondents in publishing the result and no any information of cut of marks is an act of Malafide and complete arbitrary exercise of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12719 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2023 2/2 authority concerned and the same has no valid in the eye of law.

(iii) That Hon'ble Court may further adjudicate and hold that the action of the respondents authorities in not acting upon the RTI application real information to the petitioner in this matter is an act of malafide and complete authority exercise of authority.

(iv) This Hon'ble Court may award the cost of litigation and suitable compensation to the petitioner for the loss and damage caused an account of the illegal actions of the respondents."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
