The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 144, 149, 152, 186, 188, 342, 323, 325, 307, 353, 467, 468, 471, 332, 329, 337, 504, and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.01.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in forcefully constructing temple.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Case No. 18 of 2019.
