1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "i. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Supt of police, Nawada to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of constable- driver in advertisement No. 1/of 2018 issued by the Cnetral Selection Council(Constable Appointment) in the category-SC; on the ground that the petitioner is having no colour vision, both the eyes are

ii. And pass any such other order/ orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter having become infructuous, permission is sought to withdraw this application.

3. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
