The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
