JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-05-2017 The instant writ application has been filed for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 2567 dated 24.12.2014 issued by the District Magistrate, Patna whereby the petitioner has been put under suspension in contemplation of a departmental proceeding. The petitioner has further prayed to pay subsistence allowance to him for the period of suspension.

It is stated in the counter affidavit that the petitioner has been released from suspension and the subsistence allowance for the period of suspension has already been paid to the petitioner.

Thus, in view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, it would be evident that the grievances of the petitioner raised in the present application have been redressed.
