JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-03-2016 The cost of Rs. 10,000/- imposed upon the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat has been deposited with Patna High Court, Legal Services Committee vide receipt no. 687 dated 16.03.2016 receipt thereof has been produced by the counsel representing the said Mukhiya which is placed on record.

In addition to that the counsel for the Mukhiya has also produced the calculation and the details of the payment already made earlier by cheque to the petitioner. The Court has gone through the said decision and finds no error in the calculation.

The presence of the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat is also dispensed with.
