JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2024 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has filed an appeal under section 9 (4) of the Bihar State Universities Act, 1976 before the Hon'ble Chancellor of the University, Bihar. The appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending and has not yet been decided by the chancellor.

2. Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the Hon'ble Chencellor, submits that pending

Patna High Court CWJC No.16371 of 2016(13) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 appeal will be decided by the Chencellor within a reasonable period of time.
