The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mushahari P.S.Case No. 176 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406, 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-VI-cum-Additional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S.Case
